PolyBond(TM) Technology:
The key to the versatility of Softub is found in the way it is made. The extensive use of PolyBond(TM) technology is a major factor. PolyBond(TM) is Softub's patented fusion-bonding process of treating and forming polyolefin foam into durable spa components. PolyBond(TM) technology yields a resilient material that is lightweight, remarkably strong, and ideally suited for a portable spa.

HydroMate®:
The heart of every Softub is the HydroMate® power system. It delivers hydrojet power and heated water to the Softub. A precise electronic thermostat helps maintain the desired temperature, 24 hours a day. A separate on/off switch can activate the hydrojets without affecting the temperature setting.

Softub's energy efficient heating system uses waste heat from the pump motor to warm the spa water to the exact temperature desired. This provides 1 HP of pumping action while simultaneously producing 1200 to 1400 watts of heating. The HydroMate® plugs into any regular household 110V outlet, and, for maximum safety, a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) is permanently mounted on the electrical cord.

For portability and insulation value, the entire HydroMate® shell is made of foam. Inside, a specially formed cavity encases the pump and motor. HydroMate® attachment to the tub is quick and easy. An insulated foam collar surrounds the short connective hoses to reduce heat loss and noise.

WeatherTex®
Weathertex® is Softub's marine-grade vinyl used to encase all components of the Softub. The superior weather resistance and durability allows Softub to be located outdoors in any climate. The good looks of WeatherTex® allow Softub to look great in any indoor environment. A special process of heat sealing and heavy duty stitching provides years of dependable service.
